Net Logon Error

hi,

My company have Windows 2000 advanced Server which is
domain control enabled. When i tried to join my pc(windows
2000) to windows server, i am getting this error "The
Following occured to join "Domain.com". The service can
not be started, either because it is disabled or because
it has no enabled devices associated with it."

I tried to connect other PC to the domain controller. Its
working fine. So i checked my pc. All the IP address
entered correct. But I found in the services, "Net Logon"
was not started. I tried to activate it...but I am getting
the following error message "Windows could not start the
Net Logon on Local Computer. For More information, review
the system event log. If this is a non-Microsoft Services,
contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific
error code 3095." how to activate the same ?
