.net framework sp1 update

I have downloaded this last update, but for some reason
it want install to my computer. Is anyone else
experiencing this problem? It does the same thing on my
computer at work.

I'm having the same problem with .net update.now sp2

won't install. while installing sp2 on another computer I
did notice a 13mb 'fix' for the .net problem. catch 22!!!
