.NET Framework requires login after restart.....WHY?

hi. i installed .NET Framework and now when I restart my
computer, i'm required to login.

this was not the case before i installed .NET Framework.
Before I installed .NET Framework, my computer restarted
and my desktop came up ready to go!

someone please tell me how to stop this required login.

This is a single computer and i'm the only one who uses
it. i'm the administrator.

am using Windows XP Pro

Click Start, Run and enter CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2 In the list of users, select the user you want logged on automatically. Uncheck Users must enter a username and password............ Click Apply. In the next dialog, enter the password for the account you selected, if any, and OK your way out.
