Issue with migrating outlook add-in from .net framework 3.5 to 4.5

I have the existing outlook com add-in in visual studio 2012 with the .net framework 3.5 and it is working fine.
Now i changed the target .net framework from 3.5 to 4.5.
After installing the Add-In, it is showing in Inactive Application Add-Ins.
Any ideas on this?
