.net framework 1.1 hotfix

Hello,

I'm having an issue when I install the .net framework 1.1 hotfix that when I
try to access local websites on my XP Pro machine it will give me "server
application unavailable" error. I have Windows XP Pro SP2 installed.

So for now I only have the main 1.1 framework installed with 1.1 sp1
installed. And my sites still work until I install the 1.1 hotfix.

Any advise would be great!!
