.Net Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 Installation

Has anyone had a problem installing this service pack. When I try the
install I get a "System Reflection Target Invocation Error SL3AA.TMP" and
asked to open the debugger.

Any ideas how to resolve this problem. Have a ticket opened with MS to no
avail.
