.NET Framework 1.1 SP 1

Hi Folks,

I have downloaded the .Net Framework SP 1 and during the installation I get
the following message:

"An unhandled exception of type
'System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException' occurred in mscorlib.dll

Additional information: Exception has been thrown by the target of an
invocation."

Does anybody have any ideas as to how to resolve this issue?
