.Net Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1

Has anyone had a problem installing this upgrade. Get a message "System
Reflectionn Error Target Invocation" and debugger opens.
 
Once peice of advice, re-posting problem after 1 minute of
waiting for a response, is probably not going to get you
the response you're looking for.
 
Double posting was caused by problem in posting message to discussion group.
 
Seems like this is saying to uninstall framework and then reinstall. Is that
your reading.
