net.exe application error

When signing off I receive a "net.exe" application
error. The screen says to close error message to sign
off. The computer will sign off manually by closing this
window or time-out and close down in a few seconds. How
do I repair or replace this file??

.Seems that Messenger Killer was creating this problem.

Ran virus scan and Spy-Bot. This led me to this. Trying
to contact Messenger Killer, the only contact is e-mail
to their customer service.
