Do you have any references to verify that SC is spammy or otherwise
black hat? Curious people want to know; a quick check showed no spam
complaints against them and they're on no block lists checked by Robtex
which checks hundreds of lists.

They appear on the surface to be OK though I've never had any comms with
them.

You don't understand how signatures work in Usenet posts? Do YOU see
the poster used a signature in which they placed their SPAM? I don't.
Their spam is within the *body* of their post. That means their post
*is* spam. You wouldn't consider a post whose body consisted entirely
of:

Visit our site. Lots of pay services available.
http:// www. b**tstrike. com/ComputerService/
Singapore Computer Home Remote On-Site Repair Service

as a spam post? Then what DO you consider a spam post? That there was
other content in the body of the post is irrelevant to the spam that WAS
contained within the *body* of their post. Without the sigdash
delimiter to identify the signature portion of their post, they have no
signature. Providing help while using it as a super-cheap avenue to
spam one's commercial services is tolerable (provided their spam
signature isn't longer than their help but doesn't exceed 4 lines)

And where did YOU see the poster used a signature delimter, also called
the sigdash line ("-- ")? This spammer did use a sigdash line in his
first posts. He then realized that some newsreaders will strip off
signatures so he decided to move his spam into the body of his post to
ensure that is was seen. His intent is NOT to provide altruistic help.
His intent is to spam under the pretense of giving help. The help may
be useful. That's not the spammer's true intent. He is using
newsgroups for free or super-cheap ADVERTISING.

Perhaps you've grown too accustomed to free service sites, like Gmail
and Yahoo Mail, that are littered with ads and so now you're numbed to
them appearing in Usenet posts. I wouldn't have said anything if this
spammer had remained with his prior netiquette-proper posting style
where his spam was placed under a signature. He isn't using a signature
anymore.

The evidence of spamming is contained within this spammer's own posts.
His spam is really that invisible to you?
