I have loaded Windows XP Pro on a Gateway Solo 2500. The
adapter properties are listing the device correctly as the
Neomagic 128XD (along with some other 128** models) but
the output is awful. The fonts are not consistent, the
pictures are not clear. I cannot find a driver that is
specifically for this adapter and Windows XP. Is there
another compatible driver I could use?
The only other quirks in the install: the laptop is being
recognized as a desktop, and it is being recognized
as "Standard PC" rather than ACPI compliant.
