need urgent help

hi all
i have mil shield 4.5 installed in my comp. i had kept some of the very
important documents in recycle bin. it has deleted them all !!!! i'm
running win xp. can anybody suggest any way out..i need those datas
back to life immidiately

Smart move slick! Keeping important documents in the RC bin, shut your
computer down and unplug it from the wall.

This is in par with the guy I read about in the paper who put his handgun in
the oven and forgot to tell his wife, well you can guess what happened when
she pre-heated the oven.
