Recovering files from Norton

Can somebody help me, i deleted an excel document and it went to my recycle
bin but then stupidly i emptied the recycle bin, it is a very important
document that i need to try and retrieve, does any one have any idea how i
can simply retrieve that file?

after a while it finally found my file. That is great.
