Need TOTAL Removal

Hello

I have a small utilities program that I had deleted, and now ready to
reinstall it.

Everytime I try to reinstall, I get the messages that the program, or
program parts, are still present and this install can't be installed over the
other.

I've done the usual clearance (Add/Remove -- gone), lists of Program Files
(gone), did Disk searches, etc.

I have had this problem before, and had to go into the Registry, and clear
out the left over portions.

I can't remember how I got to that particular spot in the Registry, but that
was where the "little stinkcer" was hiding, and once removing it, all
references to it were removed, and I was able to remove and reinstall, and it
ran perfect after that.

If someone can help me with the steps to run this again, I would greatly
appreciate it.

Instead of mucking around in the registry, the correct thing to do is to
contact the program's technical support.
