Need to share info in OutLook 2000

I'm working in a very small office and we have Outlook 2000. We want to
create and share Contacts across our intranet. Secondly, we want to create 3
or 4 different Calendars to use for scheduling the use of our small church
and activities at Safe Harbor (our outreach center).

How do we go about this? We're using XP on three clients, 2000 server.
I've already created user accounts for about 6 people. Not everyone has an
e-mail account.

Thanks in advance!

Please note, it will be faster to e-mail me the info. Have a great day.

And those accounts aren't Exchange? Since you are already running a server
you might want to consider running a Small Business Server. The will include
Exchange that allows (amongst others) you to share your Mailbox folders.

Sorry, we're not running Exchange and very likely can't afford it. I'm
experimenting with Net Folder. The main item that needs sharing is the
Calendar. Need a calendar for scheduling activities for three different
location and a general calendar to track main church activities.
