I have installed a second hard drive and I installed windows xp on it. I
want to delete all of its content or at least get my extra memory back
is that possible?

If, by second hard drive, you mean that this hard drive is NOT the one you
use to boot Windows, you can format it with the "format X: [where "X" is the
letter of the drive]" command.

If it *is* the one you use to boot Windows, you'll have to format it by
booting from your Windows install CD or any other utility capable of
formating.
