need to remove msn download

..I do not have good access to msn. I have talked to several tecs, and they
say I need to remove msn from my computer and reinstall it. The computer will
not let me take it off. It comes back as runtime error. Msn refered me to you
to fix the problem. I do not know much about technical issues, so please talk

if they tried to help you
then you should tell us how,
so we don't repeat their failed
attempts...

4>find msn inside this list
5> on the right side click remove

go to add/remove programs
then on the right you will find
windows components feature
where msn explorer
can be removed.
