need to reload cleanmgr(diskcleanup)

cleanmgr is stuck on 100% usage and i cant really think how to reload it-
cant find it in ftp.microsoft (although i just might not be seeing it)-i have
win 95,98,me disks and hp system disk(xp)-i was thinking maybe a cab. reader
to find it--any ideas where i should get it from to reload?

Hi,

Get a new copy of cleanmgr.exe from the I386 folder under
C:\Windows\Servicepackfiles, place it (overwrite) in the C:\Windows\system32
folder.
