Need to RECOVER IE History

I'm actually in need of a way to recover cleared / deleted history.

Rather than use bookmarks, the history was relied upon for revisiting
sites.

I already tried a file recovery, which as expected, didn't accomplish
anything.
Also, the registry looks clean.

Any other thoughts?
