How to prevent deleting IE history cache.

Aloha,
I have a friend who owns a small business (no, really, it's not me). He
recently hired a new employee who uses a general computer in their office.
Everyone uses the same computer so it just stays logged on all the time. No
security. When this new person uses the computer they clear history. The
boss is concerned about where the new person is surfing and would like to
prevent the deletion of the history file so he can make sure they aren't
surfing anyplace he shouldn't be going.

I had found a web site that talked about which registry keys to modify this
but my activesync removed it from my PC and my PocketPC. Any
suggestions about where to find the 'don't remove my history registry key'?

Mahalo,
Russ

Note that there are two registry scripts here one is to prevent history
deletion the other one is to undo the first.
You may or may not have to reboot for this to take effect.
