Need to not run program when user logs on

I have zone alarm running on pc but when a user logs on I dont want it to
load for that user. Zone alarm kills the VPN connection. How can I set a user
up to shutdown the program when they log on?

Go to www.zonelabs.com and check their FAQ for information on how to
open up ZoneAlarm to allow the VPN to work. That is a safer approach
than disabling it for the one user, who may not always use the VPN.
