need to grab images from a movie file

i have a set of WMV, files that i have taken with a video camera, and need
to copy some of the images to JPG what software can i use to grab the
images?

i have movie maker, windows media player, realone player, and DivX player,
none of which will allow me to grab any stills.

Try PowerDVD or WinDVD - both offer trial versions. Lite versions of one or
the other usually come bundled with DVD drives.
