MPG or Movie File To Big

Hi Folks,

I have what seems like a major problem to me, but will no doubt be easy for
you experts out there!

I have a movie file on my hard-drive which is 1.6 mega bits. I would like to
copy this to a disk and play it on my dvd player. The problem is I can only
use disks which are no more than 700mb and I would like to copy this file and
watch it on my dvd player. is there a way round this, such as splitting the
movie onto two disks or shrinking it. Do I need to get a special kind of
software??

Thans in advance for any help!!!!

Not sure about those numbers or what format you want to go to but this page
might give you some information on the subject.
