Need to fix a problem

I need to fix a problem that occured while I was in
Add/Remove programs. I was deleting files from computer &
I guess I deleted a file called ATL.DLL. Now I cannot run
certain programs on my computer. It's telling me I need
to re-install ATL.DLL & when I go to Add/Remove programs I
cannot find this file to reinstall it. Can you please
tell me how I can fix this problem, it would be greatly
appreciated if you could assist me with this problem.
Otherwise please send me an email containing a phone
number in which I could get help from a customer service

By mail, I am sending the small file.
Download it, and put it in c:\windows\system32 - and see if that helps
resolve the problem.
