Answer: You don't. You throw a football. Also true of publishing. How do you
publish TO your server?

1. Open the web in FrontPage
2. Publish to remote destination.

So, how do you publish FROM your server?

1. Open the web in FrontPage
2. Publish to your local destination.

How do you reverse publish?

I'm not an expert, but I have found that you can open most any web site page
on the internet....then go to the top of your screen and click FILE....then
click on EDIT THIS PAGE IN FRONTPAGE. It downloads that page into
Frontpage.....then you can save it where ever you want. You have to do this
for each page. Now...the links don't work, but everything else is laid out
for you. Good luck!

However doing that method only get the page as it is displayed in a browser, it excludes navigation,
shared borders, themes, etc.
