Need to delete multiple Archive folders from Outlook XP

I have wound up with multiple archive linked to multiple archive files. I
would like to remove the folders from folder view.
Also now we have multiple Outlook today folders(?) they are a mirror of each
other and point to the same .pst file.

Easiest solution might be to create a new Outlook profile. It can be
difficult to remove "phantom" PST files.
