Need to change registry key permission with a script / command-lin

I'm having loads of fun installing Adobe Acrobat 8.x. The installer for Adobe
is having problems changing registry keys that it's own predecessors (Acrobat
7) left behind. One key only has Everyone, Read permission. So the installer
fails trying to modify it. I'm trying to find a nice way to script the
changing of the permissions but nothing is working so far. Tried using
regini.exe but it can't change permissions with Everyone, Read on the key. I
would love to find some slick way to Take Ownership of the key and change
permmissions on it. Is there any way to script / command-line this?

The systems we're working on are XP SP2. I've been logging in as a Domain
Admin. I got a tip to try subinacl to see if that fixes the permissions.

I have found Group Policy to be very helpful when I need to change registry
permissions on several machines.

You know I didn't think about Group Policy. Thanks. I did try subinacl and it
works perfect!
