Need tips on XP reinstall

Beside backing up my stuff, what needs to be done before to do a clean
XP reinstall?

1) Make sure that you know where the Product Keys for WinXP and your
applications are, so they'll be available during the installations.

2) Make sure that you've all of the necessary device drivers available
on a CD for re-installation.

3) Do *not* connect the newly installed system to the Internet (for
updates, etc.) until after you've enabled a firewall.
