Friends, I need some helps.

How to put htm adress on my web correctly ?

I can see just like this : http://www.toto.com/ to see hyperlink for an
article.

I would see like this , correctly : http://www.toto.com/togo/
it is something more explicit.

Have you any idea ?

If you want it to be http://www.toto.com/togo/ then togo has to be a folder
containing the file you want to open.

If togo contains a file named index.htm it will always open by default when
http://www.toto.com/togo/ is clicked.

If you are pointing to a specific file, the link would then have to be
http://www.toto.com/togo/filename.htm
