Need smart volume for WinXP Pro

Hello

I just came from watching several Stryper videos on youtube.com and with
some videos being louder or softer in volume than others, I'm now wondering
if there's a smart volume type program available for WinXP Pro that'll
automatically reduce or inctease the volume as needed of any sound outout so
thatit comes out sounding like the same volume.

None in XP itself. Perhaps someone has programed one and put it on the
internet?
