Need serious Windows XP help

Remove the hard drive, and install in a different computer, format it .
See if you can get access to the Bios now, if so change the boot order and
shut down and install the hd boot to the cd and install the OS.
 
To change the BIOS boot sequence of a computer, restart it and press F2 to
initiate system BIOS setup. This was copied from cyberpower forum.
