Need proxy software for dial-up connection

I have an Ethernet LAN with a switch that connects a proxy server
(Windows 2000) with two clients (Windows XP and a Windows 98SE). I
installed ICS on the proxy but would like to replace that with caching
proxy software to speed things up a little. (No affordable broadband
here, yet.) Does anyone know if WinProxy or CProxy Server have
caching abilities that will work on my Windows 2000 machine?
