Need Outlook email accessible both inhouse and out - retain all m.

I travel a lot and want to have access to received email messages both at
work and on the road. It seems that when I open a message in the office I
can not see that message through the web browser access on the road. If I
open a message through the web browser I can also open it at work.

How do I go about having all my messages left on the server so I can refer
to them from where ever I am?

We're using an Exchange Server for our email ... Outlook is Version
9.0.0.2711.

Use Outlook Web Access as you have been. If you want to use Outlook, you
need to set up RAS or VPN access to your corporate network, and set up
Outlook to use the Exchange mailbox (no POP, no PST file) and an offline
file for synchronization. Talk to your Exchange/network admin for this.

Then you'll want to make sure that each Outlook mail profile that accesses
the account does so with the Exchange Server service, with the Exchange
mailbox set as the default delivery location on the Tools | Services |
Delivery dialog.
