Need open file by Outlook 2003, to open in Outlook 2002

How I do for open file by Outlook 2003, to open in Outlook 2002.

You can't.
You must first create a PST file in "Outlook 97-2002" format while in
Outlook 2003. That's the only PST file you can open in earlier versions.

OL 2003 uses a different pst file format, so you can't open it in 2002 unless
you save the file in 2002 format.
