open pst file problem

I receive this error " <file name.pst> is not a personal folders file " after
trying to open an outlook data file in an Outllok 2003 English version. But I
can open the same file in another computer with an Outlook 2003 Spanish
version. Please your help to open it with Outllok 2003 English version.

Language version shouldnt cause any problem, You are doing File>Open>Data
File and it isnt loaded on a cd or the read only attribute isnt on?
