need newer version of vgx.dll

I have IE 6.0 with SP1 on win2000 machine. My IE crashes
at times with the saying, IE has encountered a problem and
must shutdown. My ver of Vgx.dll is dated 8/29/2003. The
newer version mentioned on MS knowledge base article is
dated Oct. 29, 2003. Is there an easy way to obtain the
newer version? Thanks
 
Why do you suspect vgx.dll?
