Need new XP Cd, I lost mine

Hello
I need to reboot my XP operating system for various
reasons, but can't seem to find the CD. How do I go about
ordering a new copy? (I have all the serial numbers and
everything)
Do I go through my computer manufacturer, or through
Microsoft? and how?

If you got it with your computer then ask the manufacturer, if you bought it
separately, ask Microsoft.
