Lost Cd, Where To Get new?

I've Lost my windows xp cd, and I'm in urgent need to do a system recovery on my computer. I tried going through the windows site, using my PID, but it said that it was an OEM Number. The manufacturer is Hewlett-Packard, but I'm doubting I can get a new XP cd through them. So where can I order one, or just get a new one? Will I have to buy Xp all over again

If what you have is the OEM version of window XP then you will not get any
support from Microsoft without paying for it.
