Need MSDN support: Who is MSFT's rep for the University of Washington?

K

Ken Fine

Sorry if this is off-topic but I can't find a better MSFT-managed newsgroup
for the question.

I'm looking for contact info for Microsoft's campus rep for the University
of Washington in Seattle. This isn't specifically "academic
alliance"-related. The most appropriate person would be a rep in charge of
sales or who was a general liason between the company and the University.
I'm a .NET developer/systems adminstrator working out of the UW's news
office.

Thanks,
-KF

Thanks Steven, I've done that. It would be nice if there were directories
for this sort of thing: institutions like the UW are so large and federated
that many people will know who the rep is and a great many people won't. We
use a lot of MSFT tools, infrastructure, and technology in the UW news
office, and it would be handy to know the rep if there is one.

Thanks!

Hi KF,

I have sent this request to some other MS student/campus related group, not
sure whether they're the correct contact. Anyway, if I get any useful
information, I'll update you here.

Sincerely,

Hi KF,

I have asked some further engineers about this and have got the following
information which should be helpful to you:

===========
we don't have a student rep at the University of Washington. Any US related
questions can go to the following address:

"usmsp" + "@" + "microsoft.com"

Hi KF,

Have you got progress on this? Just inform you that I've got some
information on the "looking for US Washington MS campus rep" question you
posted in newsgroup recently. Here is the campus contact in US(so far there
is no dedicated one for Washington state):

"franklob" + @ + "microsoft.com"
