Who's the best BCM consultant on the East Coast, United States?

My company is planning to move to BCM and we need a knowledgeable sales rep.
that can help us evaluate our situation, implement and customize as needed
BCM for our needs. Please advise me of someone on the East Coast that really,
really knows BCM. I'm not just looking for a Microsoft sales rep. They need
to be passionate about BCM. PA, NY, DE, MD location is preferred but not
required.

I'm not a consultant, but I am passionate about using the BCM. I've installed
it, worked past numerous issues, and pushed it out to a small office, and I'm
testing BCM 2007. I can talk about it and demo it to your group, evaluate
your situation, help your IT guy install it, and help with developing
process, procedures, and training manual. But this would be in spirit of peer
sharing, not a professional consultant job for me (not yet). If that works
