Need Hotfix 839427

Okay, so I boot up my computer today, and whoops, what do you know. an error!
I get on another computer and google it out and end up here

Its my exact problem but it says to call microsoft support?
I call, and what do you know, mondays thru fridays. i cant get my hotfix for
2 days. how stupid is that?! why do you even need to call in the first place.
why cant you just download the stupid thing. i find this extreemly stupid.
does anyone have the hotfix i can just download?
