Where can I get this hotfix?

I am getting an error on my computer sometimes

*** STOP: 0x0000001E (0xParameter_1, 0xParameter_2,
0xParameter_3, 0xParameter_4)
KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

I have found the microsoft article on this problem here

Where can I get the hotfix it says is available for this
error.
