Help with OE is available from
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
but you should really include some more details about the problem,
like what you are doing exactly, what happens and - if so - what error
messages you see.

Your best optoin is to contact your ISP and have them walk you thru the
setup of OE for their mail servers. The problem is most likely you don't
have the correct POP3 and SMTP server addresses. Only the ISP can provide
these fot you.
