You may wish to consider helping yourself , by moving to a real newsreader
program such as Outlook Express and also by not replying with a new post -
but actually replying as a reply on the original posters thread.

out. When I ran windows me , in settings I could make my
screen lighter or darker, now that I have windows xp I
can't get my screen to lighten or darkern I need to make
it lighter every thing is way to dark , it is hard to see
in a lot of my games and other programs, is there anyway
to make it lighten up.

the moment , i can download them but they are failing to
install, could it be microsoft, because it the second
time i have downloaded them and they have failed to
install,please can you give me some advice as i have been
unable to contact microsoft
restarting when i click on start, then turn off icon,
then turn off icon? I've got XP but no restore points
are available on the computer. help !!!
