how do i get my windows mail up and running, i can send or recieve, sumone
tell what i should do step by step. thanx :]

So what is your problem, if as you say "i can send or recieve"?

Please post any error messages that WM gives when you try to send or
receive.
 
Please go to your e-mail provider's setup WEB page for your e-mail client.
Configure accordingly, completely and precisely. Everything should then
work. If you still have problems, please return with you mail server type
you are using, provider's name and nature of the problem including cut and
pasted error messages.
