I found the advise I recieved on my last question to be very helpful, so thought you could help me out once again.

In windows mail I seem to be unable to send a pitcure as just an attatchement. I insert it as an attatchment and then when I go to send it ends up being too large. Obviously, I am missing a step and need to change how I am sending it out. Any advice?

Find Windows Photo Gallery in your Programs. Open it, and it should
load all your pictures. Select the one you want, then click the E-mail
icon on its toolbar. It will then offer you a choice of picture size,
after which it will attach that picture to a new email.
