Exactly how do i download and transfer a disk of windows xp to upgrade a
system built on windows 2000 professional if there is any help it would be
nice but if i have to buy it how do i download windows xp to a disc so it
would not hurt my system because i run on windows vista

You're asking in the wrong place - this is a newsgroup for the database
software Microsoft Access.

And what you're asking doesn't make any obvious sense. You're already running
Windows Vista? What do you want with Windows XP (perhaps as an upgrade from
Vista)? What does Windows 2000 Pro have to do with it?

Find a newsgroup for Windows XP operating system and ask there... in a way
that someone could figure out what you have and what you're trying to do.

I imagine he wants to download and adminstrative update,so as to update a
different system from the one he will be using for the download.
