Need Help

I am using FP2000 for my business. I would like to create a hidden page, like
a bbs, that only my partners and I could use so that we could float ideas
ideas back and forth instaed of using email, and so there ia a permanent
record of the discussion. But we do not want our clients to be able to access
it.
