Need Help

I am using Windows XP Home edition. I format my notebook and I have problem
restalling. I used Product Recovery DVD-rom and followed the steps. Then when
it reached a stage when the computer restarted itself and the windows logo
appear, my computer suddenly became frozen. I had to shut it off and turn it
on again. Then it goes into Safe Mode and the alert pop up say the system was
not completed installed. Please reinstall. I click OK and the computer
restart and again it was frozen when the windows logo appear.
Can any body please tell me what to do? Thank you very much for your help.

As it said, reinstall it again, starting right from step 1,
booting from the CD and following all the instructions.
