Need help with Windows Firewall

Every time I boot up, I have to turn it on in the control panel. I
haven't recently run all three, but regularly have run AdAware, Spybot
and Microsoft Anti Spyware. AdAware picks up Data Miner which I
quarantine every time I run it, but the other two always come up clean
as does NAV 2005 antivirus scan.

If there is a fix and it it too risky to meddle with, I will just live
with it the way it is.

I did search the web and the archives, but haven't found anything I'm
willing to try.

Thanks. Will do. There are so darn many MS ng's, and I can't read them
all the way out when I try to search the ng's with IE OE. I'll try to
find one for Windows XP.
